We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or buyer error.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@joseon-korea.com with photos.
We will review your case and offer a replacement or the appropriate resolution.
Refunds may be issued only when:
- A replacement is not available for a damaged/incorrect item
- The product is not delivered
- The package is confirmed lost in transit
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, unless otherwise agreed.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
